I feel so angry of myself these 2 days... why everything i do will sure have problem within? Its my own problem or its just cox of my suay-ness =.=... I really wonder...
I knew it's not gonna be easy since the first day i work here... but to tell the truth, i learn a lot from this job.
Why is it hard? the main reason is that my senior (who had been work here for 14yrs++) left 2 weeks after me and one of my colleague start working. Although there's a senior who start 1 month earlier than us, it would be hard without experienced senior's guidance too. Its IMPOSSIBLE to learn every single thing from our senior in 1 month... (not to say we only follow her for 2 weeks.. -.-) We need to learn many things. From very simple quotation, to a very complicated shear/slit/polish service, there are tons of procedures, and thousands kind of paperwork that we need to know how to do.
Everything we do we need to ask here and there, or try and error. sometimes you ask 3 person, they can tell you 3 totally different answer. So which one should you believe? Haizz... Not that i wan to blame others or dun wan to take the responsibility, but this is one of the reason why we do things kinda slow and did many mistakes. And one very bad situation is when you are new, people just like to bully you... when there's something wrong happened, everyone point their finger at you first even if its not your fault. And at the end, usually the one to blamed will be the new comer... (What a world...)
This few days i've been doing the same case over and over again. Firstly is miscommunication between us, customer, and other department... next, its my own mistake. I miscalculate and bill customer wrongly... At first i tot its because of the misunderstanding... But come to think of it i think i myself must have problem too... This is the 2nd case that have problems... I am a careless person... and this job you need to be very exact. even 1cent, or 0.00001KG, u cant left them out... there is no such thing as "Never Mind" ! So i start to think if i can stay at this job for long...
There are a few reasons that hold me back from quitting this job.
First, nice people here...(i would say only SOME are nice) ... They like to make jokes, they teach us the thing that we dunno, they invite us for lunch... etc...
2nd, its a challenging job for me. Even though its a quite stressful job but somehow when there's problem appear, it makes this job interesting. Some more, I rather stay busy than sitting there and do nothing in the office.
3rd, i need good record of employment... it would be a bad if i only work in a company for 2 months+. people will think that i give up easily or change mind quickly.
Anyway, just hope that tomorrow will be a better day. When it reaches my limit, n i got no more hesitation, then it will be the time i leave.
